With this service we take a close look at the application from an end-user perspective and really try to understand how the product will go about achieving its intended goals. There are three main questions that need to be answered here. What is the user seeking to accomplish by using the product? How effectively does the product enable the user satisfy that need? And was the experience favorable or problematic? If the application falls short of its stated goals, then its success will be jeapordized.
